Columbia Gardens Cemetery is in the heart of Arlington's Ashton Heights Historic District, about one mile west of Arlington National Cemetery. A historic section of the cemetery with a family-estate (four plots) available in the beautiful tree-lined, grassy heart of the cemetery, each with double-depth availability. Each plot has two burial rights (total of 8) which means they can have either two caskets, two cremations or one of each. One upright headstone can be placed to memorialize burials at all four sites, flat markers can also be used. $18,000 for all four.

It is a beautiful and peaceful place for final rest with lovely trees and monuments. I have sites in sections G & N. Both sections allow ground level plaques of bronze or granite. Sites are in groups of 4 and all are in close proximity. The cemetery is right off of Suitland Road and both sections are just a short walk away from the main office.  Retail price for each plot is $3,500, I am asking $1,600. All of these plots can be used for double depth burials with a separate fee paid directly to the cemetery. There is also a $499 transfer fee that will be paid by me, the seller. Offers will be considered.
