OUR LISTING PLANS The
best way to think of a Basic Listing vs a Featured Listing:
A Basic Listing is like a Classified ad in a newspaper. Many advertisements
in one area.
PLEASE NOTE - WITH ALL TYPES OF LISTINGS, WE ALWAYS RECOMMEND A DIRECT CONTACT TYPE LISTING If you have ever had to make arrangements for someone, you know that you want to be able to speak to someone as soon as possible that has the authority to make a decision. With a Private Listing, your potential buyer has to complete a form for us so we can vet their information. However, we can only process that form when we are open and online. If someone inquires on your listing and we are closed and offline, it will have to wait until the next business day. Then the inquiries that came in during our off time are prioritized: Immediate Need (death has occurred) is handled first and in the order it was received, Imminent Need (a death is pending) is handled second and in the order it was received, and finally Advanced Need (Preplanning) is handled last and in the order it was received. FOR PRIVATE LISTINGS Your phone number will NOT be present on your listing. There will be a red sticker on your listing that states 'Click here for Seller Contact’
Potential
buyers will have to complete a form for us so we can vet their information. When we
receive a viable inquiry, we will send an email. (If you have a cell phone that
can receive and send texts, we will send your notification via text). The email
will be an alert letting you know that an inquiry is coming through and it will
also be the resend of 'What to do when you have a buyer'. Inside that email
will also be your buyer information. Your name and telephone is also released
to the buyer at this time. If you provided a landline phone and you have a
cellphone - let us know. We will only use the cell phone for internal use to
text you of an incoming inquiry. If you are providing a business or work phone
and/or email address and you do not have access to this phone number and email
at all times, you should consider providing a different phone number and email
address for contact. Death does not know - Monday thru Friday - 9 to 5.

DIRECT CONTACT BASIC Listing - $71.95
** You have the
option on basic listings to include a flyer. The optional flyer is a summary of your listing
that potential buyers can print off. It is useful when buyers go to the
cemetery to locate your property and they also have a place to make notes. This
can be very helpful especially if they are looking at multiple properties.
Think of it as going house hunting and you collect flyers so you know what you
have seen. There is a nominal fee of $12.00 added to your listing fee if you
want a flyer. Sample
PRIVATE BASIC Listing - $83.95
Your listing is located in the Featured Listing Area which is at the top of your cemetery city page but below any Premium Listings.
With a Featured Listing you get a personalized banner that will always remain above the basic listings section but below the Premium Listings regardless of how many listings come after you. Your listing is showcased on a separate webpage on our site with a link for potential buyers to print a flyer of your property. This is an excellent option for cemetery city pages with many listings. DIRECT CONTACT FEATURED LISTING - $107.95 – Buyers contact you directly. Your phone number (or email if you request) will be on your listing. Sample Direct Contact Featured Listing PRIVATE FEATURED LISTING - $119.95 - Your phone number will NOT be present on your listing. Your phone number will NOT be present on your listing. Direct Contact Featured PLUS Listing - $155.95 (2 Listings: 1 Featured & 1 Basic. You should only use this option if there are a lot of listings on a cemetery city page. Potential buyers are able to see the listing twice - once as a Featured Listing and again as a Basic listing. ) You capture potential buyers coming on to your city page and when they are scrolling down and leaving the city page. If you request this type of listing and there are not enough listings to warrant the additional cost, we will automatically switch your listing to a Featured Listing. PRIVATE FEATURED PLUS LISTING - $179.95 (2 Listings: 1 Featured & 1 Basic. You should only use this option if there are a lot of listings on a cemetery city page. Potential buyers are able to see the listing twice - once as a Featured Listing and again as a Basic listing. ) You capture potential buyers coming on to your city page and when they are scrolling down and leaving the city page.If you request this type of listing and there are not enough listings to warrant the additional cost, we will automatically switch your listing to a Featured Listing.

Premium Banner 728 x 120 Direct Contact Premium Listing - $299.95 (3 Listings: 1 Premium at the top of your cemetery city page, 1 Premium on the state page of your cemetery city, and 1 Basic Listing.) With a Premium Listing you are positioned at the top of your cemetery city page under the city and state name and above the Featured Listings (see example below). Positions are First Come First Served. There are only TWO Premium Listings allowed in that position. Once the positions are filled - No one else can purchase those positions. Your Premium Listing will also appear on the State page where your cemetery is located (in this example the California state page). This provides additional exposure of your Premium banner to a potential buyer as they enter the state page and then again when they have selected the cemetery city page they want. With the purchase of a Premium Listing, you will also get a Basic Listing either Direct Contact or Private as you have selected and monthly activity report. PLEASE NOTE - If you request this type of listing and the positions are already taken for your city, we will notify you and you can be put on a waiting list. We will change your Premium listing request into a Featured listing request of the type you chose (Direct Contact or Private). When a potential buyer clicks on your Premium Listing, your listing is detailed and showcased on a separate web page within our site and your potential buyer can print off a flyer of your property. With the purchase of a Premium Listing, you will also get a Basic Listing either Direct Contact or Private as you have selected and monthly activity report.
