This plot retails for approximately $2,895 each directly from the Memorial Park. We are offering the plot for 50% of retail, or $1,447. Our pricing will bring the cost to the buyer down from approximately $2,895 for the plot to $1,447, a substantial savings of $1,447.

The plot is located at Siskiyou Memorial Park, Medford, OR, in Block 16, Section 400 Lot 4. It is in an ideally tree shaded location within the Memorial Park. Please note the maps to the plot location as provided herein. General photos we have taken of the Memorial Park and the actual location of the plot (last photo with single tree) are included herein. The cemetery administration is fully aware of this sales action and the sale closing transaction will take place (or, through electronic transmission of documents, as may be applicable) at the Siskiyou Memorial Park office

This is a deeded plot, with the original deed being held at the cemetery. All documents and paperwork are legal and clear. Deed will be transferred to the new owner by the cemetery administration. Also included herein for information is a copy of the "Right of Use to Control Property" document.

Buyer is responsible for all administrative fees, deed transfer costs, taxes and any other fees charged by the cemetery to execute the title transfer. To determine the costs to transfer and register the deeds, please verify the current costs with the Siskiyou Memorial Park administration directly.
