Base holds a 16 x 24 Bronze Memorial (Plaque) to be purchased separately. According to the office, the total value as of May 2024 is $ 11,990. Burial plot located at Signal Hill Memorial Park, 12360 Hanover Courthouse Rd, Hanover, VA 23069 in Section # 7, Lot # 203, Sites A & B in the Garden of Honor section of the cemetery. Asking $ 6K total, which includes seller paying the transfer fee. Transfer will take place at Signal Hill Memorial Park office.

** Double Depth lawn crypt plot has a double pre-installed concrete outer burial container also known as vault, capable of accommodating 2 caskets. This allows two full-sized burials, one on top of another & allows loved ones to be buried at different times. The cost of the property includes the vaults.

There are 2 plots, one on top of the other.  The vaults are included along with a companion bronze memorial marker size 24 X 14 with a vase.  Personalization is included.  According to the memorial park, current value of package is $9,995 - asking price $8,500.
