Memorial Park has LIMITED availability in this section of the Park and is currently selling those grave sites at a price of $12,495.00 each.
We are selling the four (4) sites at a price of $8,000.00 each.
You can purchase all four (4) sites together, only two (2) sites together, or an individual site. 
Sale will require a transfer fee of $195.00 + $80.00 processing fee per transfer with the Park. 
Will also require opening and closing costs with the Park when you use the site(s).
Each site can be used for one (1) casket OR as double depth (companion).
To do as companion, each additional casket/urn MUST purchase a "Second Right" with the Park (which is 75% of the Park's current site selling cost).
You can also put a casket and up to two (2) cremation urns (but the casket MUST go in first).
You can also use a site for only cremation urns (up to two (2) cremation urns), but they also MUST be in a cremation vault.
Again, a "Second Right" MUST be purchased for the additional uses.
