Goods and Services Included for Each of Two Funerals:

Basic services of funeral director and staff, including arrangement interview, coordination of service plans, 24-hour availability of personnel,
bookkeeping and accounting fee, securing and recording the death certificate and disposition permit, general use of facilities,
general clerical administration, boutonnieres for pallbearers, recorded chapel music, and food register. 

Use of stateroom and staff for viewing.
Use of funeral home chapel and staff for funeral service (or staff to assist with church services at Dallas area church).

Embalming and cosmetic preparation of remains. (If embalming permission is declined at the time of death,
the remains will be refrigerated pending final disposition.)

Casket: 20 gauge basic steel, perfection half couch, stationary handles, silver finish with white interior or copper-tone finish
with beige interior, protective type warranted by manufacturer. 

Transportation of remains to the funeral home within 50 mile radius. 
Family car, within 50 mile radius.
Pallbearer car, within 50 mile radius.
Funeral coach, within 50 mile radius. 
Flower car or truck, within 50 mile radius.
