Louis Walton Jr., 93, Sarasota since 1989, formerly of Levittown, N.Y., died July 15, 2008. He was born May 19, 1915 in Brooklyn, NY to Louis Walton Sr. and Margaret (Donohue) Walton. A memorial service will begin at 2 p.m. Monday at Wiegand Brothers Funeral Home in Sarasota.

He was predeceased by his wife of 64 years, Frances Walton, sister, Madeline (Walton) Pape, sister, Ruth (Walton) Schade, and brother, William Walton. Survivors include his sons, Louis III of Clearwater Beach, James of Cape Cod, Mass., Donald of Massapequa, NY., and a daughter, Maureen Walton of Atlanta, GA; 7 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
