We have one grave space available in this beautiful sold out location in the Garden of Affection.  There is no more retail availability from the cemetery.
This grave space is located by the center Chapel on an adjacent southern hillside. Serene and peaceful with gorgeous fully aged trees.
This grave space was purchased in early 1970 and this area has been sold out for many years. 
I live out of state; any sale will be finalized at the Rose Hills Memorial Park site.  All transfer fees will be paid by the buyer.
This Rose Hills Memorial Park is located in the City of Industry and considered a California icon, with the famous lighted Rose Hills sign that is visible throughout the valley. 
All transfers and verification will be processed with a Rose Hills Park Title Administrator. Buyer to pay any and all park transfer/endowment fees and taxes if applicable.
Please Note: This grave space can be made a double depth companion with the buyer paying a 2nd Right of Interment directly to Rose Hills.
